Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only. We choose the carrier for each order — usually USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Shipping is charged at a set rate based on what you order and how many items are in your order, not on a carrier quote. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. See the shipping cost for every product on our Shipping Rates page.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. The estimate for your order is shown next to the shipping option at checkout. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and other non-contiguous US destinations may take longer.

Very large orders

Our shipping rates cover orders up to about a dozen Pro Pak boxes. If you need more than that, email us at santaclaritarailroad@gmail.com and we’ll quote freight for you.
