Refund policy

At Santa Clarita Railroad we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.  Please contact us for any return or exchanges at returns@santaclaritarailroad.com.

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange on defective and new unused items.

To be eligible for a refund on undamaged products, your item must be in new condition with original packaging and included brochures, promotions and instruction sheets and is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable return postage.

All returns and exchanges must receive prior approval before they will be accepted. To start a return, please contact us at returns@santaclaritarailroad.com with a reason for returning along with a photograph if the item is damaged.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted under any condition.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping
Your return / exchange may qualify for return postage. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We recommend using standard shipping methods with tracking capability such as US mail or UPS, FedEx ground service.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
